  • In person

I keep my information straightforward, but please do get in touch if you would like to know more.

I am a qualified and experienced person-centred and humanistic therapist and supervisor, working with adults and with young people from the age of 12. I have worked with a wide variety of clients through charities including Relate and the Leonardo Trust, in school counselling services and in private practice.

My approach is primarily person-centred, and I bring in other approaches depending on what you prefer and need. I am trained by the IFS Institute and offer Internal Family Systems therapy. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can unload, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and bring whatever you want to explore.

Terminology, qualifications and therapeutic approaches can be overwhelming to navigate, so I am always happy to answer questions about my training and experience.

Finding the right fit

I believe the relationship between counsellor and client matters more than anything else. To help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute phone conversation.

Supervision

I also offer clinical supervision at £55 per hour or £70 for 90 minutes, with a discount for trainee counsellors and students.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, fully insured, DBS checked, registered with the ICO, and attend regular supervision.
