Reaching out for counselling takes courage, and it is a significant step towards your own wellbeing. I want to offer you a warm welcome.
There are times in all our lives when we need to talk through difficult things, past or present, with somebody outside our usual circle. Counselling gives you a confidential, safe space to do that. You will be accepted, and encouraged to explore the parts of your life you would like to change.
I am a good listener and I genuinely care about my clients. Seeing people make changes that lead to a greater sense of wellbeing is one of the greatest joys of my work.
